Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

What is your shipping cost for flies?
We charge a flat shipping fee of $3.95 per order for all flies fulfilled from our warehouse in Summerville, Oregon — regardless of how many flies you order.

How does shipping work for other merchandise (rods, reels, apparel, etc.)?
Many items ship directly from the manufacturer. Their shipping cost is calculated based on weight, location, and the supplier’s rates and will be clearly shown in your shopping cart and at checkout.

What if my order contains both flies and manufacturer-direct items?
You will see two separate shipping charges in the cart: our flat $3.95 fee for the flies portion + the manufacturer’s shipping cost for the other items. The total is displayed before you pay.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, where available. International shipping rates, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and clearly shown in your cart and at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days plus customs processing.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order (or each portion of a split order) ships.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

What about return shipping costs?
We pay the return shipping for flies only. For other merchandise (rods, reels, apparel, etc.), return shipping fees are subject to the individual manufacturer’s policy. Please contact us before returning any item.

Are your flies hand-tied?
Yes — all our flies are premium, hand-tied patterns suitable for freshwater and saltwater fishing worldwide.

How do I know which flies to buy for my trip?
Feel free to contact us or use our live chat. Our team of anglers is happy to provide recommendations based on location, season, and target species.

Are your flies in stock?
We work hard to keep popular patterns in stock. If an item shows as available at checkout, it is ready to ship from our warehouse.
